Aufbauend auf der bew\u00e4hrten Plattform des Vorg\u00e4ngersystems ADEPT-1010 wurden die Hardware und Software gezielt weiterentwickelt, um den steigenden Anforderungen moderner Halbleiterbauelemente gerecht zu werden \u2013 bei h\u00f6herer Empfindlichkeit, besserer Aufl\u00f6sung und deutlich mehr Automatisierung. Damit eignet sich das System gleicherma\u00dfen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung neuer Materialien wie f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der Serienfertigung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamic-SIMS (D-SIMS)<\/strong>, teils auch als Quadrupol-SIMS (Q-pole-SIMS) bezeichnet, ist eine hochempfindliche Analysemethode zur Bestimmung der Tiefenverteilung von Elementen in Festk\u00f6rpern. Ein fokussierter Ionenstrahl tr\u00e4gt kontinuierlich Material von der Probenoberfl\u00e4che ab; die dabei freigesetzten Sekund\u00e4rionen werden mittels Massenspektrometrie analysiert. So entsteht ein pr\u00e4zises Profil davon, wie sich Dotierstoffe, Verunreinigungen oder andere Elemente \u00fcber die Tiefe einer Schicht oder eines Bauteils verteilen \u2013 bei extrem niedrigen
