Das PHI 710 ist als Hochleistungs-Auger konzipiert und bietet die \u00fcberlegene Auger-Abbildungsleistung, r\u00e4umliche Aufl\u00f6sung, Empfindlichkeit und spektrale Energieaufl\u00f6sung, die Sie f\u00fcr Ihre anspruchsvollsten AES-Anwendungen ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auger-Elektronenspektroskopie (AES) liefert quantitative Informationen \u00fcber den elementaren und chemischen Zustand von Oberfl\u00e4chen fester Materialien. Die durchschnittliche Analysetiefe einer AES-Messung betr\u00e4gt etwa 5 nm. Physikalische Elektronik-Auger-Instrumente bieten die M\u00f6glichkeit, Spektren mit einer lateralen r\u00e4umlichen Aufl\u00f6sung von nur 8 nm zu erhalten.
