Das Ergebnis ist oft ein 3D-Bild der Topographie der entsprechenden Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere im so genannten Tapping-Modus (ohne st\u00e4ndigen Kontakt der Spitze mit der fusion-text-4\">\n<p>Um die Phasenbilder zu verstehen, muss man wissen, dass die Spitze im Abtastmodus gezwungen wird, mit einer Frequenz nahe ihrer Resonanzfrequenz zu schwingen. Beim Abtasten von Bereichen mit unterschiedlichen mechanischen Eigenschaften (H\u00e4rte, Haftung, Steifigkeit, Reibung usw.) f\u00fchrt die Wechselwirkung zwischen der Spitze und der Oberfl\u00e4che zu einer Verz\u00f6gerung der Schwingung oder, anders ausgedr\u00fcckt, zu einer Phasenverschiebung.
