The tool line-up here offers tools for sample sizes ranging from relatively small samples up to very large samples giving the maximum flexibility. The midrange and large tools can accommodate 2 different X-Ray sources (micro and/or nano) with variable X-Ray energies. Together with the different ultimate resolutions this offers comprehensive possible choices for our customers.
